📋 Description

• Perform all specialty clinical pharmacist activities • Support leadership in guiding, training, and developing clinical staff • Identify and lead data-science initiatives to improve pharmacy workflows, patient engagement, and therapeutic outcomes • Perform assigned pharmacy operations and clinical duties • Prepare and assist with maintaining pharmacy accreditations • Resolve clinical issues and requests from clients and leadership • Apply analytics and reporting to support clinical operations • Complete clinical operations and compliance projects • Communicate with departments outside of pharmacy • Monitor and assign tasks within clinical operations queues to maintain quality, production, and service levels • Identify exceptions and assist with resolutions • Assist in completing and presenting clinical programs to leadership and clients

🎯 Requirements

• BS Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred • Active/Clear License to practice Pharmacy • Ability to become licensed in multiple states as required • 2 Years of Specialty Pharmacy Experience required • Specialty pharmacist certification, CSP is strongly preferred • Ability and knowledge to perform operations and clinical duties assigned to pharmacists • Strong organizational and Analytics skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to interpret complex accreditation requirements, including URAC and ACHC • Knowledge of all pharmacy software applications • Knowledge of e-mail, fax transmission and copy equipment • Ability to assist in the completion and presentation of clinical programs • Ability to address client requests professionally • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, patients, leadership, clients, and departments outside pharmacy • Ability to work well with team members and leadership with little to no supervision • Must be dependable and maintain confidentiality • Respect and maintain HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
