📋 Description

• Own and oversee the complete proposal development process and accountability for successful submission of company proposals and bids, including follow-up and best and final offer responses • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of proposals and bid deliverables • Review incoming requests and assign project leads based on complexity, market knowledge, and resource availability • Lead daily touchpoints with proposal and content teams, providing strategic direction, escalation support, and guidance • Own and maintain associated team tools to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality proposal outputs • Drive development of compelling, opportunity-specific content communicating the value proposition • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and subject matter experts • Improve proposal responses by tailoring boilerplate information to specific opportunities and conveying the WellDyne brand story and value proposition • Participate in key and high-visibility proposal projects from initiation through completion • Apply project management processes and adhere to strict deadlines • Lead onboarding and training of team members, including development and maintenance of training plans • Manage ongoing team improvement projects based on company initiatives, team insights, and strategic development plans • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, English, or another business-related field • Eight or more years as a Senior Proposal Writer • More than 5 years of experience with proposal writing and project management, owning the full process • More than 5 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management industry • More than 5 years of successful support and coordination with a content team • More than 5 years of experience developing and maintaining processes and documentation • More than 5 years of advanced Microsoft365 app skills • Excellent writing, editing, communication, grammar, and punctuation skills • Demonstrated project management experience • Advanced attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Strong strategic understanding of pharmacy benefits and operations • Strong research, analytics, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision • Ability to assess complex situations and develop creative solutions • Ability to respond to executives, managers, and cross-functional partners • Ability to solve practical problems amid limited standardization • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality • Prolonged computer sitting; hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office and phone equipment
