📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to successfully fill open provider and clinical positions • Hit business-set metrics to meet hiring needs • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkDay • Develop strong college connections and talent pipelines • Identify qualified candidates using Boolean search, social media, email campaigns, recruitment platforms, and AI resources • Conduct initial resume and applicant reviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit • Assist with phone screens and interviews as needed • Measure conversion rates from passive candidate to applicant, interview, offer, and hire • Encourage referrals from current employees and external networks • Promote and positively advocate for the employer brand • Maintain accurate candidate information in applicant tracking databases • Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities • Partner with TA Partners and TA Leadership on priorities, needs, and position requirements • Complete administrative and coordinator duties, including confirmation emails, calendar invites, event coordination, organization information, and meeting minutes

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year minimum of experience sourcing clinical staff and/or provider roles • 1 year minimum of recent experience within Talent Acquisition recruitment • Familiarity with WorkDay, Phenom, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), online sourcing tools, AI tools, and other recruitment platforms • Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates • Effective time-management abilities • Organized and detail-oriented • Superb problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Possess integrity, know customers, and continue to learn and grow • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work autonomously • Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity, and evolving environment • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills • High School or GED required • Equivalent work experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered
