📋 Description

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients • Help clients overcome anxiety, deal with grief, improve family relationships, and achieve personal goals • Address adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse • Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor's web-based EHR according to company guidelines • Collaborate with assigned care teams and consult peers for advice, institutional knowledge, and feedback • Collaborate with Clinical Directors to develop treatment plans and support positive patient outcomes • Use the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to share ideas and obtain support from clinicians and leadership nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent • Licensed to practice independently • Strong computer skills • Comfort using mobile devices • Experience or comfort with electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication • Empanelment/participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
