• Create, modify, and manage 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. • CNC programming using Fusion 360, V-Carve (preferred). • Interpret engineering and Architectural drawings and specifications to create accurate mold types. • Organize and optimize master molds for efficient production and pouring processes. • Collaborate with multiple manufacturing plants to ensure models are correctly adapted for each job. • Develop layouts and workflows that maximize efficiency and minimize waste. • Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and production plans to ensure this is passed on to the CNC and production teams. • Coordinating with the CNC programming team, providing guidance and technical support. • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of design and manufacturing processes.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Proficiency in CAD and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar). • Knowledge of CNC programming and machining principles in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings. • Ability to convert designs into production-ready models or CNC programs. • Ability to maintain and manage accurate technical documentation and drawings. • Understanding of general manufacturing processes and production workflows.
