📋 Description

• Own and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Align stakeholders and leadership and prioritize what gets built and why • Lead user interviews, experiments, and data analysis to uncover insights and validate hypotheses • Work with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide development of high-impact features • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve user experience • Define success metrics and track product performance against business goals • Own the product lifecycle from launch to sunset • Build and deliver solutions supporting caregiving members and internal care teams • Showcase the value of Wellthy’s service to clients • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience working with a customer-facing tech platform, with a focus on building and shipping products • Ability to obtain, extract, and analyze data to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities • Strong technical aptitude, including an understanding of engineering capabilities • Demonstrated track record of owning, building, and launching successful products and features in an agile environment • Experience managing complex projects from ideation to launch, especially with limited resources and competing priorities • Strong writing and analytical skills to articulate a clear product vision and strategy • Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally • Ability to wear many hats, think on your feet, and build solutions for different customer archetypes • Ability to manage tight deadlines, resource constraints, and meet targets and demands • Responsive and able to act with urgency • Emotional Intelligence - self-aware, socially aware, and able to remain objective • Openness to learning, experimenting, and evolving • Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity about using AI • Caregiving or healthcare industry experience is a plus • A Computer Science degree or engineering background is a plus • Strong internet connection, quiet space for calls, and a professional distraction-free remote environment • Private, secure internet and phone access • Private, dedicated, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling sensitive information
