📋 Description

• As the People Manager, you play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Western Computer. • You lead key people programs, support our team’s operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers. • From onboarding and compliance to benefits support and employee engagement, you help ensure our people feel supported, heard, and empowered. • Assist in developing and implementing People strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support business growth. • Implement and ensure compliance with Western’s People policies and procedures, communicating clearly and consistently across the organization. • Maintain accurate employee records in TriNet and other platforms. • Produce and analyze people metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, engagement, and training completion. • Handle complex employee relations cases and apply our policies consistently and fairly. • Partner with the Director of People to administer compensation programs, salary reviews, promotions, and market-based pay practices. • Oversee semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll processing in partnership with TriNet.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR experience • Experience in employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance management • Multi-state and Canadian employment law knowledge • HRIS experience • Strong communication and coaching skills • Preferred Professional services, consulting, or technology industry experience • Experience supporting remote workforces • Experience with TriNet, Lattice, Teamtailor, and Microsoft 365
