📋 Description

• Lead people operations at ESP, creating a best-in-class staff experience • Manage HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes • Drive HR compliance efforts and manage communications • Coordinate performance management and feedback efforts • Conduct research projects that inform strategic decision-making • Own end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition • Facilitate the DEI Committee and track progress on initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Background in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations • Proven track record of managing core HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment processes, compliance, and employee relations • Advanced project management capabilities • Previous experience supporting or leading DEI initiatives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive personnel matters • Flexibility and resilience in the face of shifting priorities • A learning mindset and proactivity in identifying opportunities
