📋 Description

• Develop new business opportunities by offering industry-specific banking services and products to the Community Association Industry • Service existing clients and grow client relationships • Cold call prospective clients and establish new business opportunities • Provide sales presentations and communicate banking services via email, letters, demonstrations, presentations and conversations • Attend industry trade shows, luncheons, association board meetings and local Community Association Institute chapter events • Participate in national events and mandatory sales training requiring travel • Promote and educate existing and future clients on the Bank's products and services • Support the director in meeting deposit and lending goals • Cross-sell products and services and build a portfolio of management company deposits • Liaise between operations teams and clients, ensuring service levels and troubleshooting issues • Review key performance indicators with the manager • Prepare and submit new client forms and update existing client forms • Manage marketing, entertainment and advertising expenses within budget guidelines • Run sales ads in trade publications and complete mailing/email campaigns • Market and solicit loans to community associations • Collect and submit required underwriting material

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience • High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills • May require up to 75% travel • Ability to work efficiently from a home office and car • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend national conferences and mandatory training
