📋 Description

• Assist in developing, deploying, and maintaining MCP servers, agentic infrastructure, and AI observability capabilities for the SDLC • Audit, upgrade, and test GitHub Actions dependencies • Convert legacy CI/CD steps into documented, reusable workflow templates • Write and refactor Terraform modules for Artifactory repositories, RBAC policies, lifecycle rules, and cloud infrastructure • Investigate, triage, and resolve GitHub, Artifactory, and CI/CD support tickets while maintaining team SLAs • Evaluate and implement Generative AI tools to automate engineering workflows • Build practical backend services using GenAI and agent frameworks • Help implement compliance tagging, Secret Push Protection, and AI-era security guardrails • Create README files, developer starter repositories, and step-by-step technical documentation • Participate in daily standups and engineering design sessions • Communicate technical blockers, share progress, and collaborate across distributed remote teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field • Foundational proficiency in Python or other modern programming/scripting languages such as Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go • Hands-on experience navigating GitHub and executing command-line Git workflows, including pull, push, commit, checkout, branch, merge, and pull requests • Core understanding of networking concepts including HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and request/response flows • Systematic technical troubleshooting skills, including reading error logs and debugging • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Service-oriented approach to helping internal developer peers • Curiosity, initiative, and ability to independently research and troubleshoot technical issues before escalation • Passion for learning modern technologies and AI • Preferred: exposure to AWS/Azure, networking, Docker, container registries, or AWS services such as S3, EC2, and Lambda • Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD concepts, YAML configuration files, GitHub Actions, or ARC runner scaling • Preferred: conceptual knowledge or hands-on exposure to Terraform • Preferred: experience or strong interest in Generative AI tools, LLM APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Cursor, Augment, or Claude • Preferred: awareness of package managers such as npm, PyPI, Maven, or NuGet, or JFrog Artifactory • Preferred: exposure to software supply chain security, secret push protection, dependency scanning, or AI security guardrails • Preferred: experience with ticketing systems, customer support, peer tutoring, or IT helpdesk roles
