📋 Description

• Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for core OTR digital payments platforms and native mobile driver experiences • Lead the evolution of real-time spend capabilities, native mobile applications, and cardless payment features • Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery • Co-create seamless end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile touchpoints with UX researchers, engineers, and commercial partners • Translate company objectives into actionable product roadmaps • Lead complex, end-to-end go-to-market execution • Partner with UX design teams on customer journey mapping, mobile/web usability, and interface refinement • Use analytics tools and executive dashboards to measure adoption and drive data-informed iterations • Drive alignment across business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and executive leadership • Guide and mentor team members on product methodology and strategic execution

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field • 8+ years of professional experience • Specific experience leading outcomes for complex digital payment or mobile product initiatives • Experience managing products across B2B payments, transaction processing, or mobile application ecosystems • Expertise in defining and leveraging product metrics to understand performance and deliver on strategic OKRs • Experience partnering closely with UX/UI design teams and integrating user-centered design into product discovery • Expertise in commercial card systems, real-time spend execution, virtual cards, or transaction settlement workflows • Experience driving native iOS/Android product roadmaps, mobile wallet integrations, and desktop/mobile feature parity • Ability to establish long-term product strategy and lead complex, end-to-end go-to-market execution • Proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-driven platforms • Advanced proficiency with interactive analytics tools and executive dashboards • Experience driving organizational alignment and mentoring team members • Preferred: Master’s degree in business, product management, or computer science • Preferred: Exposure to OTR payments, commercial card systems, cardless fueling technologies, or fleet solutions • Preferred: Agentic AI certification or hands-on AI-first product development experience
