📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for assigned sales and non-technical business functions, from intake call to offer acceptance • Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements, align candidate profiles, establish timelines, and coach managers on interview techniques • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates on functional competencies, sales aptitude, and company culture alignment • Partner with HR and business leaders to construct offer packages, navigate counter-offers, handle negotiations, and manage offer extensions through onboarding • Use creative and proactive sourcing methodologies to engage top talent • Build and nurture talent pools for sales and corporate roles using Phenom CRM • Deliver a transparent and responsive applicant experience throughout the hiring pipeline • Maintain accurate data in Workday ATS and Phenom CRM to support compliance and recruiting metrics • Adhere to EEO, ADA, affirmative action guidelines, and internal Talent Acquisition SOPs • Identify recruitment-funnel bottlenecks and recommend streamlined practices to reduce time-to-fill

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment or high-volume agency setting • Demonstrated success recruiting for Sales and/or non-technical business operations, including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, or HR • Direct experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System and Phenom recruitment CRM • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and modern sourcing tools • Comfort with and foundational understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, AppScripts, Co-Pilot, and Claude • Critical thinking skills to evaluate AI-generated input and responsibly inform decision-making • Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or workflow optimization tools is beneficial • Ability to advise, influence, and build trust with cross-functional hiring managers • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate company value propositions and negotiate offers • Comfort using data to track funnel metrics, identify trends, and inform sourcing strategies • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
