📋 Description

• Supervise and support Field Service Technicians across Northern California • Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance activities • Provide coaching, training, feedback, and performance support to technicians • Serve as the first point of escalation for operational and maintenance-related issues • Participate in field activities and site support as needed • Oversee maintenance help desk tickets, service requests, and work orders through completion • Monitor ticket response times, aging reports, maintenance backlogs, and service levels • Evaluate maintenance requests and determine corrective actions • Review completed work orders for coding accuracy, completeness, and documentation • Dispatch and manage third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers • Monitor contractor performance, work quality, safety compliance, and timelines • Conduct site visits, inspections, audits, and facility assessments • Identify recurring equipment failures and operational risks • Support preventative maintenance planning and execution • Assist with equipment replacements, facility upgrades, and new site startups • Recommend solutions to improve reliability and reduce downtime • Maintain environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance • Support incident investigations and corrective actions • Assist with emergency response and after-hours operational support • Monitor parts inventories, maintenance resources, and regional maintenance spending • Maintain records in maintenance management systems • Generate reports and track operational performance metrics • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent industry experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities maintenance, field services, contractor management, fuel operations, or a related field • Experience leading technicians, contractors, or field personnel • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience managing maintenance activities, work orders, and service providers • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation • Moderate travel throughout the region required • Occasional travel to support broader North American operations and initiatives
