📋 Description

• Plan, design, and implement product features end to end across the full stack • Work directly with member services, operations, and other stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions • Scope work, weigh tradeoffs, and define what “done” looks like • Integrate LLM-driven experiences, agents, and reusable skills into the platform • Use AI development tools such as Claude Code to prototype and ship quickly • Write clean, testable, maintainable code and perform code reviews • Instrument products to measure user engagement, identify friction, and support member services • Communicate implementation requirements and help manage day-to-day agile work • Work closely with the CTO to establish the technical foundation • Build HR-facing offboarding tools and a post-employment health-insurance marketplace portal

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and planning product features as a full-stack engineer • Strong command of React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js, or ability to learn the stack quickly • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Product sense and judgment to make scope and tradeoff decisions • Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf • Working understanding of LLMs, agents, skills, and prompt design • Ability to build scalable, observable software • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Authorization to work in the United States • Willingness to answer whether employment sponsorship is required
