📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent • Conduct complex internet searches using search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases • Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and relationship management • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements and organizational culture fit • Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections • Maintain applicant tracking system data and reports • Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction with candidates and supported partners • Meet weekly and monthly submission goals • Work in a quota-driven environment while exhibiting sales competencies

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to perform recruiting, market research, cold calling, internet searches, and strategic sourcing • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals and implement feedback • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize time and work effectively while managing the recruiting pipeline • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship • Flexibility when direction or priorities shift • Active participation in a recruiting team and contribution to open collaboration • Computer proficiency, including intermediate G Suite skills • Strong social media presence
