📋 Description

• Influence and directly impact 90–125 franchised domestic Wingstop restaurants to drive results and deliver business objectives • Serve as the primary point of contact for the restaurant portfolio • Own portfolio business performance, health, and P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability • Serve as the primary liaison between Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and Brand Partners • Travel regularly to Brand Partner restaurants to ensure operational excellence, provide coaching, and protect the brand across operations, facilities, marketing, training, purchasing, and development • Analyze business performance using data and dashboards • Identify opportunities and build strategic plans driving sustained growth and profitability • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners • Anticipate challenges, recommend solutions, make timely decisions, and influence outcomes • Ensure adherence to brand standards and franchise agreements across the region • Champion best practices and share learnings across the region • Act as a Wingstop culture champion and brand ambassador • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive financial and operational performance • Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to everyday role responsibilities • High stamina to travel up to 75% • Ability to work extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends and holidays • Ability to manage travel effectively, ensuring adherence to Wingstop travel policies • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining urgency and quality
