📋 Description

• Lead and inspire the Area Inside Sales Team through active coaching, performance management, and day-to-day engagement • Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable to sales activity standards, inbound sales goals, and productivity metrics • Translate corporate sales strategy into actionable priorities and guide disciplined execution • Provide regular feedback, skill development, and real-time frontline sales support • Foster a customer-first mindset and collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to resolve escalated or complex issues • Forecast staffing needs, recruit candidates, and prepare team members for growth and advancement • Create a culture of accountability, engagement, open communication, feedback, and continuous improvement • Ensure accurate customer documentation and data integrity across prospect data, contracts, orders, and service records

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the United States • Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit • Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree • Two years of direct business-to-business sales experience in addition to education requirements • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and copy machines
