📋 Description

• Design, prototype, refine, and scale Logistics and Enterprise transformation programs, then transition them into institutionalized business solutions. • Contribute strategic vision and integrate ideas regarding Logistics business solution development with senior management, board and steering committees, functional leaders, and team leaders. • Oversee the conception, implementation, and analysis of complex enterprise solutions projects in the logistics environment. • Perform high-level business and process systems analysis while considering current and future Logistics Centers and Enterprise business implications. • Own deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality for one or more enterprise solutions projects. • Plan projects and allocate and direct staff and other resources to accomplish project tasks. • Work with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve problems, address improvements and enhancements, test, refine, and institutionalize solutions. • Drive projects and the organization toward business results. • Identify and ensure continuous development, improvement, and implementation of key business processes. • Focus on consistency and quality in process improvement implementation and participate in post-implementation verification. • May develop training/coaching programs and implement coaching processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience. • 7 years of relevant dispatch, logistics or collections experience in addition to the education requirement. • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree is preferred. • Strong business expertise in Logistics and Collections. • Experience conducting complex business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses. • Ability to influence others across the company to adopt re-engineered processes. • Ability to work with senior management, steering committees, functional leaders, customers, suppliers, and partners. • Ability to plan projects and allocate and direct staff and resources. • Ability to perform work involving repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing. • REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative required or willingness to obtain one if business air travel or federal-property access is needed.
