📋 Description

• Handle accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and vendor master processes • Lead and manage the accounts payable team • Monitor SLA exceptions, ageing open items, task accuracy, and other performance metrics • Identify process improvement areas and align improvements with the client • Serve as the first level of escalation for process and performance issues • Maintain supportive and professional relationships with client-side counterparts • Report regular issues and highlight exceptions through established communication channels • Ensure delivery meets client expectations and respond to changes, alterations, and customer requests • Communicate issues, findings, and proposed resolutions to customers • Coordinate action plans addressing customer feedback and voice-of-customer concerns • Take responsibility for assigned tasks, prioritize work, and escalate when needed • Collaborate with WNS teams and other towers to resolve problems • Analyze anomalies, errors, aberrations, trends, and cause-effect relationships • Define immediate and root-cause solutions to prevent recurrence • Propose, coordinate, and drive process improvements with the transformation team • Participate in team meetings and communicate data- and fact-based viewpoints

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor master processes • Team-handling or team-leadership experience • Experience with SAP and/or Coupa preferred • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Process improvement acumen • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Prior transition experience preferred • Ability to manage client-side relationships and communicate regular issues and exceptions • Ability to work US night shifts from 9pm to 6am • M.Com or MBA • Immediate joiners preferred • Candidates from Pune preferred • Willingness to work night shifts • Exposure to leading a team
