📋 Description

• Drive and guide event technology strategy and execution across the enterprise • Serve as a Cvent platform expert, handling configuration, registration builds, website design, reporting, and optimization • Design and build event websites aligned with brand standards • Lead integrations between Cvent and CRM, marketing automation, SSO, and data systems • Translate stakeholder vision into digital event experiences • Oversee registration, event apps, communications, surveys, reporting, and onsite tools • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and analytics insights • Support end-to-end event execution from concept through post-event analysis • Partner with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams on messaging, branding, and attendee experience • Establish best practices, templates, and standardized event technology processes • Manage technology vendors and partners, including scoping, negotiation, and performance oversight • Support internal sales meetings, executive programs, user conferences, and incentive events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of experience in event technology, digital event platforms, or event management with a strong technical focus • Advanced expertise in Cvent (Event Management + SMM), including complex registration paths, website builds, reporting, and platform administration • Proven experience in event website design with a strong eye for user experience, branding, and functionality • Hands-on experience with system integrations, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, APIs, and SSO • Ability to execute concepts independently and deliver high-quality results • Strong project management and time management skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating across global teams • Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset • High attention to detail • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external partners • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
