📋 Description

• Support HR Partners in providing responsive HR support to assigned offices and departments • Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees, answering routine questions and escalating complex matters • Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, interview support, and candidate communications • Coordinate onboarding activities to help ensure a positive new hire experience • Support employee engagement, training, and learning activities • Assist with performance management processes, including progress check-ins, documentation, and timeline communications • Support employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, escalating appropriately, and assisting with follow-up • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and prepare basic HR reports and summaries • Assist with employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and separations • Coordinate HR communications • Contribute to HR projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Mature and personal Christian faith • Commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities • Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals’ For the Health of The Nation document • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, or related administrative or employee-support experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Comfort using Microsoft Office and HR systems • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Preferred: experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, or training activities • Preferred: experience working with employees or leaders across multiple locations • Preferred: interest in continued HR learning or certification
