📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities • Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects • Secure successful completion of clinical trials • Work with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental project issues • Interpret data on complex issues and make business decisions • Ensure solutions are implemented • Ensure project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations • Collaborate with Project Management Directors and other functional area leads • Ensure project deliverables meet customer and contract expectations

🎯 Requirements

• High level of responsibility and accountability in all tasks • Communication skills • Ability to effectively perform in demanding situations • Thorough knowledge of project management processes • Solid understanding of how to craft and manage a project budget • Experience successfully managing and/or leading multidisciplinary project teams • 6–7 years' industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting • CNS experience in a PM role is required • University/College degree within Life Science is preferred • Ability to travel when needed
