📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform • Align customer and operator needs with company priorities • Define entities, attributes, and relationships for union agreements, signatories, job classifications, wage tables, scale rates, and agreement rules • Decide what data is universal versus agreement-specific • Invest in admin tooling, validation, and self-service primitives • Enable Contract Administrators to stand up and maintain agreements without engineering tickets • Define explicit APIs and data-service contracts • Surface model changes early so dependent teams can build without surprises • Partner with engineering on migration from the legacy job-classification model • Support Lookup Service extraction and rule explainability initiatives • Collaborate with worker hiring and onboarding, project setup, payroll calculations, contributions, timecards, reporting, client operations, and labor relations teams • Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to prioritize and measure impact • Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and traceability in payroll calculations • Drive execution from discovery through launch with predictable delivery • Use AI tools daily for discovery, analysis, writing, code comprehension, and prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment • Meaningful experience owning platform, infrastructure, or data-platform products • Strong technical orientation, including data models, service boundaries, integrations, and data flows • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with measurable outcomes • Ability to independently take an idea from concept to launch • Active, daily use of AI tools, including LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and AI workflows • Experience owning products with high cross-team surface area • Excellent written communication and ability to create clear, structured, decision-oriented specs and data contracts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to become a subject-matter expert in a complex domain quickly • Ability to leverage SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake to uncover insights and inform decisions • Bias toward action with attention to compliance and quality • Payroll, fintech, or entertainment industry experience is an asset • Experience with data models, rules engines, configuration platforms, or internal operator tooling is an asset • Experience building admin panels or self-serve configuration surfaces is an asset • Experience extracting services or enforcing interface boundaries is an asset • Experience building prototypes, internal tools, or workflows using LLMs, MCPs, or AI-assisted development tools is an asset • Legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States
