📋 Description

• Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships • Prospect in person within the territory, including cold walk-ins • Take deals from first conversation through initial order • Train shop staff on product and positioning • Monitor competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics • Represent XDS professionally and consistently • Open new dealer accounts • Hit agreed revenue targets • Establish active dealers and demo placements • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistent territory coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory) • 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads • Ability to build interest and convert into sales • Comfort and flexibility with traveling and in-person prospecting • Strong organization and follow-up skills • Background or interest in cycling or performance sports • Ability to work within Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, or Kentucky • Legal authorization to work for any company in the United States
