📋 Description

• Define the technical capabilities required by field and partner roles with Engineering, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and instructional design teams • Own technical enablement programs for pre-sales and post-sales teams, including implementation blueprints, demo environments, integration patterns, and technical readiness materials • Translate product capabilities, solution offerings, delivery methodology, and go-to-market priorities into learning paths, playbooks, and certifications • Coordinate hands-on labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certifications for technical field roles and partners • Curate and maintain reference architectures, configuration examples, technical FAQs, and reusable technical resources • Support technical onboarding and readiness programs for systems integrators and delivery partners • Provide feedback to Engineering, Product, and Curriculum on technical blockers, deployment friction, support trends, and knowledge gaps • Align technical and functional learning journeys with the Field Enablement Lead – Functional • Partner with the Learning Management System Platform Lead to deliver and track technical learning paths • Use live implementation and solution design engagements to improve enablement content and delivery practices • Track enablement effectiveness through certification and completion rates, time to productivity, deployment quality, time to go-live, support case trends, and partner performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, PS, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement in enterprise SaaS • Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, security, and enterprise IT environments • Experience working with/through partners and system integrators is highly desirable • Excellent communication skills; able to bridge business and technical audiences • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Equivalent professional experience may also be considered • Experience with revenue management, trade promotion management, pricing, claims and deductions, retail execution, or other CPG commercial processes • Experience with XTEL or a competing revenue management or enterprise SaaS platform • Experience with certification programs, learning management systems, or instructional design • Experience enabling systems integrators and global delivery partners • Experience using generative AI to accelerate content creation and enablement delivery • Additional European languages • Ability to work remotely from either the United States or European Union
