📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategic ideation and customer segmentation to execution, monitoring, and optimization across digital channels • Design, develop, and deploy email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation • Architect, build, and maintain interactive web applications, internal marketing dashboards, and user interfaces using ExtJS • Integrate and maintain data flows between Braze, ExtJS applications, CDPs, CRMs, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms using REST APIs, JSON, and custom event tracking • Use event-based data to create context-aware triggers • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate A/B tests, footfall conversion, cart abandonment, and customer KPIs including CLV and retention • Partner with marketing, product, and retail operations teams to align digital campaign engagement with in-store experiences and front-end capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience configuring and deploying campaigns in Braze or equivalent platforms • 2+ years of hands-on experience using ExtJS (Sencha) and JavaScript • Proven background in marketing campaign management, preferably within retail or e-commerce environments • Proficiency in ExtJS, JavaScript, Liquid scripting, REST APIs, SQL, JSON data structures, and mobile/web SDK integrations • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing • Ability to bridge UI development and marketing automation • Hands-on experience with Loyalty Programs, Omnichannel Campaigns, and Personalization Engines • Exposure to Shopify, Magento, or other major retail e-commerce platforms • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL tools, and managing large-scale retail datasets • U.S. based/onshore candidates for the stated pay rate
