📋 Description

• Identify potential leads through market research and networking • Cold call and email prospects • Qualify leads and schedule appointments • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers • Follow up with previous customers • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information • Conduct product demos and presentations • Create and customize sales presentations • Communicate pricing and negotiate deals • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs • Enter and process customer orders accurately • Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments for timely delivery • Communicate order updates and delays • Handle order changes and returns • Track and analyze sales data • Prepare sales reports and provide management updates • Recommend improvements to sales strategies • Monitor and meet sales targets and goals • Provide customer service and resolve complaints • Develop product and industry knowledge • Educate customers on product features and benefits • Adapt to new product releases and updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
