📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and successfully fund the campaign through vision-donor partnerships • Ensure the campaign case is complete, including the budget and gift plan • Include a planned giving goal and personalize presentation tools for target constituencies • Develop and obtain approval for the campaign budget, including development, communication, and data management costs • Oversee feasibility studies and determine the campaign's financial goal • Maintain current donor strategies and next steps in campaign software • Coordinate with primary callers, field staff, campaign directors, and other Young Life development entities • Set the campaign timetable and monthly targets • Develop prospects and participate in donor solicitation meetings • Recruit, lead, train, supervise, support, sustain, and thank campaign committees and volunteers • Lead fundraising committees for major gifts of $50K and higher • Plan donor events, communications strategies, recognition programs, and related campaign materials • Implement gift planning strategy with the Director of Gift Planning and National Christian Foundation representatives • Submit updated databases, timetables, and prospect reports to the Chief Development Officer • Establish the campaign office and systems supporting campaign operations • Ensure compliance with fund-raising, written pledge, development cost recovery, and consultant engagement policies

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree preferred • Must be available to work full-time for the undetermined duration of the campaign • Capable of successfully overseeing the elements of donor management and follow-through • Tested and proved in environments that demand proactivity and punctuality in meeting deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to research and study for speaking and presentations • Ability to work effectively with major donors and close on major gifts • Ability to accurately develop and manage a budget • Ability to work as a team member with other Young Life staff and volunteers • Must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord • Must subscribe to Young Life's Statement of Faith and required staff policies • Must be willing and able to fulfill ministry functions as required • Must refrain from conduct and statements that detract from Young Life's biblical standards • Must abide by Young Life policies and practices • Must sign a Statement of Faith
