📋 Description

• Design and develop foundational components and frameworks for the Agentic AI platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and create platform solutions enabling developers to build applications • Stay current with design patterns, techniques, and technologies relevant to platforms and frameworks • Work with machine learning engineers to build infrastructure supporting efficient ML workflows within enterprises • Provide production support and troubleshooting to maintain platform stability and address performance or scalability challenges

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirements • Must be domiciled in the U.S. and live permanently in the U.S. while maintaining a home address there • Legally authorized identification must be provided through third-party provider CLEAR ID to verify eligibility • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience • 15+ years of software and platform engineering experience • Strong track record designing and operating large-scale distributed systems • Experience building platform infrastructure and backend systems serving multiple products and engineering teams • Expert-level Rust experience, including designing and developing high-performance systems • Expertise in database architecture and scalable data systems, including distributed databases, storage and indexing systems, data modeling and schema design, and high-throughput and low-latency data access patterns • Experience designing systems supporting AI and machine learning workloads • Familiarity with workflow engines, execution runtimes, and AI orchestration frameworks • Start-up experience or comfort in 0→1 product environments is preferred • Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for platform deployment • Growth mindset, low ego, collaboration, psychological safety, technical excellence, and inclusion in technical discussions
