• Manage IT service management processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines • Assess process health through reporting and data analytics • Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements • Lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams toward tactical and strategic goals • Communicate with Operations, Product, Development, management, and business personnel • Engage and brief senior leadership and executives • Manage major incident communications and make decisions under pressure • Govern ITSM processes and support Service Operations • Identify and implement automation opportunities using artificial intelligence to improve ITSM efficiency, governance, decision-making, and service outcomes • Build productive relationships with peers and customers • Work autonomously with minimal guidance
• Knowledge in industry standards related to ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 20000, and DevOps • Good knowledge of cloud technologies, primarily Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Technologies • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps approaches • Skilled in data analytics through reports to assess process health, identify gaps, and recommend improvements • Experience managing service management processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines • Strong leadership and cross-functional team leadership abilities • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, including 4+ years of professional experience in IT Service Management • ITIL Certification is required; ITIL Managing Professional certification is a plus • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow • Ability to engage and brief senior leadership and executives • Exceptional major incident communication and decision-making skills under pressure • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Experience with metrics and reporting • High proficiency in English, spoken and written • Experience working in multicultural, multivendor, multidiscipline, and multinational environments • Up-to-date understanding of cloud technologies • Experience in technology architecture in an enterprise environment • Experience in ITSM process governance • Demonstrable experience with Service Operations • Strong understanding of IT and business processes, challenges, and issues • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills • Ability to work autonomously and independently with minimal guidance • Openness to adopting artificial intelligence and implementing automation opportunities
