📋 Description

• Shape the next generation of the provider experience, including the app and tools providers use daily, from architecture through implementation • Take new 0→1 products and services from concept to launch • Work full-stack across mobile and web frontends, backend APIs, and services • Build observability, automated testing, and CI/CD into the product • Partner with product, design, operations, and providers • Establish engineering standards through code, reviews, and technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of experience as a senior full-stack engineer • Experience with React Native and TypeScript • Experience taking new products or services from nothing to production • Experience with performance, reliability, polish, clean abstractions, and observability • Experience instrumenting shipped work and monitoring it in production • Strong product judgment • Genuine motivation for expanding access to medical massage and therapy for members and veterans • Healthcare experience, including clinical workflows, FHIR/HL7, HIPAA-regulated systems, or health-tech products (nice to have) • Experience building for field or gig workforces, marketplaces, or scheduling-heavy products (nice to have) • Backend depth and comfort working across service boundaries (nice to have) • Experience standing up observability stacks and mobile CI/CD (nice to have)
