📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions powering member experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Digital, Data and Analytics, and Platform Engineering • Drive innovation and shape the technical direction of digital engineering initiatives • Contribute to technical direction and mentor peers • Partner with architects and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions • Own the full software lifecycle from design through deployment and operations • Build cloud-native, microservices-based applications using event-driven architecture, modern technology stacks, and emerging AI technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on enterprise-level digital solutions • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming and server-side application development • 2+ years of experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions, with preference for AWS • Experience with event-driven services and architectures, including message brokers and event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their practical applications in software development • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience • High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience as an alternative to the bachelor's degree • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with all federal, state and local laws
