📋 Description

• Complete approximately three months of field and classroom training • Travel to customer sites in the region after training • Install, repair, troubleshoot, service, and calibrate advanced measuring instruments • Work hands-on with high-tech CMMs using mechanical and electronic aptitude • Document service work and maintain accurate service records • Work independently while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced, innovative environment • Travel 70–90% in the assigned region

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within the Allentown, PA and surrounding area • Minimum high school graduation, completed GED, or equivalent; alternatively, technical school, associate, or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or military technical school training and experience • Prior experience working with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment • Microsoft operating system knowledge required • Able to lift one article weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance • Able and willing to work a minimum of 50 hours per work week, including regular hours and overtime • Ability to work in an industrial production shop floor environment • Valid driver license required • Previous experience installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines, or computer systems is preferred • Previous CMM installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred but not required
