📋 Description

• Build deep, meaningful relationships with school partners • Work with school partners to generate increasing demand for Zen educators (teachers and paraprofessionals) to be placed in classrooms • Upsell Zen products and services within the school partner portfolio • Act as a responsive, central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders • Report key trends and feedback to the Product team to improve the platform • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles • Maintain constant contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems • Coach educators and improve their performance in schools

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, FL • A deep passion for the education sector and creating a positive social impact • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
