📋 Description

• Work with the developer platform team on initiatives improving developer experience and delivery speed from design through rollout, enablement, and measurement. • Connect the platform roadmap to broader business objectives, provide roadmap feedback, and simplify product and technical design. • Build and scale AI-powered developer tooling, including agentic coding and review workflows, guardrail-aware assistants, and prompt libraries and service manuals. • Evolve the CI/CD platform to improve speed, observability, and adoption. • Improve Kubernetes platform reliability and security, including resiliency, rollout strategies, priority classes, Helm, deployment practices, IaC workflows, incident response, maintenance modes, and recovery patterns. • Create self-service developer templates, CLI and automation enhancements, bootstrap flows, documentation, runbooks, and technical blogs. • Pair with teammates on complex changes, champion code review quality, share practices, and communicate blockers, delays, and scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building platform capabilities with clear outcomes in developer velocity, reliability, and/or quality. • Solid experience in CI/CD systems and reusable pipeline components such as GitHub Actions or similar. • Solid experience in Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps such as ArgoCD, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform. • Solid experience in AI for engineering, including prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, safety/guardrails, and LLM integration into code and review workflows. • Proficiency in at least two platform-work languages, such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Bash. • Comfort moving across stacks to ship end-to-end solutions. • Strong security and reliability instincts, including secrets, least privilege, dependency hygiene, and runtime hardening. • Effective, clear, and concise written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences. • Active listening. • Bonus: experience building agentic developer assistants; CDN and edge controls; platform observability; gRPC service enablement; runtime configuration patterns; commercial LLM providers such as Anthropic; safe enterprise rollout patterns.
