📋 Description

• Identify, define, and document detailed business requirements from project stakeholders • Conduct needs assessments by collecting information about procedures, workflows, reports, and business needs • Translate multiple perspectives into requirements specifications • Communicate with project stakeholders regarding test results and changes to end-product requirements • Analyze client operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements and formats • Provide functional design support for projects • Participate in peer reviews of requirements, system design, code, and test cases • Determine system utilization requirements through research and testing • Document end-user requirements and create workflow and process diagrams • Provide end-user support via email, phone, chat, or face-to-face meetings • Manage end-user issues and ensure responsive customer care • Perform quality assurance reviews of specifications for internal and external delivery • Participate in writing and executing test plans and test cases • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of compliance/regulatory IT infrastructure • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint • Strong customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience gathering and conducting business process analysis • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities • Advanced situational awareness and ability to respond using available resources • Confidence working with stakeholders across different parts of the business • Comfort working with technology, including web-based systems • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work (preferred) • CEBS designation preferred • Minimum of 3 years related experience in pensions, insurance, benefits, or a TPA environment preferred • Experience with project tools such as Clarity, ALM, and HDP preferred • Ability and willingness to travel as needed; overnight travel may be required • Ability to lift 15–60 pounds at times • Flexible work schedule when workflow requires • Meet established attendance and punctuality guidelines
