📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting across US GTM and technical roles • Build sourcing strategies for GTM and technical positions • Partner with sales, marketing, engineering leadership, and hiring managers to define hiring needs • Use AI tools for sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and pipeline tracking • Run interviews and debriefs to support effective hiring decisions • Own pipeline data and communicate what is working and what is not to hiring managers • Deliver a clear, respectful candidate experience • Identify improvements and new applications for AI in recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for both GTM and technical roles • Experience at a security or security-adjacent enterprise B2B SaaS company • Experience in a hypergrowth or startup environment • Experience building pipelines from scratch without relying only on inbound candidates • Ability to calibrate with sales/marketing and engineering hiring managers • Prior use of AI tools in a recruiting workflow, or demonstrated initiative in adopting them • Ability to manage multiple open roles across two functions • Experience working inside an ATS • Ability to use pipeline data to make recruiting decisions • Ability to build systems, processes, or relationships • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technology ecosystems
