📋 Description

• Lead complex recruiting initiatives across technical and non-technical roles • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding • Design and execute sourcing and outreach strategies using market insights and talent analytics • Build and sustain diverse talent pipelines • Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define role requirements and hiring strategy • Coach leaders on structured interviewing and inclusive selection • Use ATS and recruiting technology to manage pipelines and maintain accurate, compliant candidate data and reporting • Analyze pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and diversity outcomes • Recommend improvements and inform hiring decisions • Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers • Deliver timely communication and thoughtful guidance throughout the candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience • Experience managing complex or high-volume requisitions • Experience building diverse talent pipelines • Sales or mortgage recruiting experience preferred • Proven experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies • Experience partnering with business and HR leaders to shape hiring strategy • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Talent Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions
