📋 Description

• Redesign the end-to-end recruiting process with operational rigor, data, automation, and an excellent candidate and hiring-team experience • Build and document SOPs, SLAs, and structured interviewing practices globally • Partner with People Analytics to build recruiting metrics and executive-level reporting • Partner with Legal and People teams to ensure globally compliant hiring practices • Own strategy, structure, and execution for recruiting programs, including Referral Program, Internal Mobility, and Talent Marketing • Create data-driven reporting on recruiting capacity, recruiter effectiveness, KPIs, and organizational hiring status • Own job posting strategy and job description standards • Manage recruiting tools and systems, ensuring effective workflows, appropriate usage, and operational health • Serve as subject matter expert for Ashby ATS, maintaining data integrity and consistent usage • Evaluate and introduce tools and AI-driven automation to reduce manual work • Enable the recruiting team on tools, processes, and workflows • Partner with Marketing to enable recruiters to communicate the Delinea story to the external talent marketplace • Lead transformation of Delinea’s global talent acquisition infrastructure and end-to-end hiring experience • Lead a small team while remaining hands-on • Write the operating playbook with the VP of Talent and wider leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven success in a recruiting or talent acquisition role • 3+ years in a recruiting operations or recruiting programs role, ideally at a high growth tech or SaaS company • Administrative experience with a modern ATS; Ashby strongly preferred, with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools considered • Track record of building or redesigning recruiting processes and programs, such as referral program, internal mobility, and candidate experience • Strong aptitude with AI and automation • Strong analytical skills, with experience building recruiting dashboards and using data to tell a story • Proven project and change management skills • Ability to scope work, align stakeholders, and implement change with cross-functional peers and leaders • Experience partnering with People Operations, HRIS, and IT on integrations, data flows, and compliance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable training and presenting to various audiences • Global experience preferred • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check • Verification of education and employment upon conditional offer • Ability to work in the U.S. Remote location
