📋 Description

• Lead the overall global growth and oversight of Zinpro IsoFerm • Lead a global team and provide direction, new business development, and sales alignment • Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Zinpro IsoFerm • Work with regional leaders and sales vice presidents to achieve market goals and objectives • Drive profitable sales growth through customer engagement, strategic business development, and leadership of sales and technical teams • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product development, customer service, finance, and administration teams • Manage the IsoFerm budget, resources, and sales forecasts • Recommend investments in talent and go-to-market strategies • Align team roles and collaborate with sales regions on targets, territory management, and resource plans • Monitor dairy market trends and identify opportunities for new solutions and business growth • Inform research, marketing, product pricing, regulatory, and development plans using market and customer insights • Ensure product compliance and quality standards • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns for new products and services • Partner with HR on employee training, development, staffing, and performance evaluations • Support Zinpro’s global animal nutrition business, whose products are marketed in more than 70 countries

🎯 Requirements

• Business degree (B.A.) or equivalent in a relevant subject required • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a Senior Manager or strong influencer role • Experience leading customer activities in a region or business unit for an animal feed or related industry company • Experience and passion for the dairy industry • Experience leading new business development initiatives in untapped markets • Experience developing, planning, and implementing successful business strategies in the Agriculture, Food, and/or nutrition industries • Strong communication skills and ability to set clear priorities for self and team • Approximately 30% travel, primarily within the USA with occasional international travel • Ability to work within core business hours and participate in after-hours and weekend calls, customer/client events and meetings, and industry events • Preferred: Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., MBA) • Preferred: In-depth understanding of animal nutrition and feed industry, market, and business principles
