📋 Description

• Develop new products, tools and services through exploration and opportunity identification • Support current lines of research under the supervision of the R&D Ruminant manager • Provide global technical service support to ruminant technical sales teams and account managers • Support development of technical marketing content and research summaries • Advance digital tools for data management, analysis and reporting • Organize, follow up and develop research projects with external entities • Create collaboration networks with universities and other research entities • Support development of Zinpro’s innovation laboratory centers • Contribute to global initiatives and provide support across regions as needed • Travel for research and technical support functions, potentially up to 50% of working days • Work during regular business hours, potentially across different time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. degree with focus on nutrition • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the development of novel chemical compounds for use in animals • Understanding of scientific inference • Ability to apply major statistical procedures using SAS, R or similar tools • Strong understanding of ruminant physiology and practical application of field nutrition • Knowledge of major diet formulation systems • Comfort using different farm management software • Ability to bridge basic knowledge to practice and communicate effectively to general and scientific audiences • Ability to work independently and under supervision • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment • Experience in international travel
