📋 Description
• Partner with Zip’s leadership to define hiring needs • Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates • Effectively source and attract a diverse pool of candidates • Vet and screen candidates • Manage interviewing process from start to finish • Lead compensation conversations and negotiation • Track recruiting metrics and performance
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting • Experience hiring account and customer success managers • Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills • Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity • Detail-oriented and strong at multitasking • Process oriented yet scrappy
