📋 Description

• Execute sales strategies to maximize performance within the assigned geography • Meet overall sales objectives and growth-product quotas through demand generation • Launch new products and service offerings and generate new equipment leads • Demonstrate solution-selling capabilities and relevant technical/veterinary practice expertise • Build and maintain relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel • Interact with customers according to Zoetis promotional guidelines • Develop and execute territory business plans and resource allocation to maximize ROI • Meet field activity expectations, including sales calls and medical education programs • Develop and execute account- and veterinarian-level call cycles • Collaborate professionally with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while meeting integrity, compliance, administrative, communication, and teamwork expectations • Travel within the territory and work some evenings for educational programs

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required • 3-10 years of documented and successful consultative sales experience • Success in previous roles including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive sales performance • Experience using analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution • Follow-through and attention to detail • Ability to manage assigned expense budgets • Highly focused and results oriented, able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment; self-starter • Animal Health experience and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine • Willingness to accept and incorporate feedback • Verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to exercise good judgment and make thoughtful/fair decisions based on relevant information • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Zoetis systems • Ability and willingness to travel and work some evenings as required • Candidate should live within the territory • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
