📋 Description

• Partner with the sales team and prospective customers to address use cases and technical requirements • Proactively advance deals by overcoming technical objections and positioning Zoo solutions around customer objectives • Ensure successful transition to the post-sale customer lifecycle • Partner with customer and internal teams to drive adoption of new products by existing customers • Engage customers and ensure success of use cases built on Zoo’s APIs • Develop deep product knowledge and position Zoo products with customers • Build interactive customer demonstrations and share integration best practices throughout the sales cycle • Collect requirements and provide guidance on applying Zoo products and technologies to customer business goals • Translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights • Partner with sales to close new enterprise customers • Guide enterprise customers through impactful proof-of-concept projects focused on ROI-driven results • Assist sales as the technical expert in closing deeper commercial production deals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing engineering role, with a track record of supporting technical sales to large enterprise customers • Ability to understand customers’ workflows, requirements, and decision processes, then translate those insights into effective technical solutions • Ability to lead technical evaluations and manage requirements, next steps, and follow-through across multiple accounts • Comfort working across enterprise customers through technical, security, and compliance requirements, including handling ITAR-controlled data under established procedures • Knowledge of CAD software • General engineering acumen with a practical understanding of APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Codex • Sound technical judgment and ability to explain capabilities, limitations, and roadmap solutions without overpromising • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including engaging executives and explaining complex technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
