📋 Description

• Reconcile clients’ bank accounts to daily postings made by Central Payments • Communicate with client representatives to identify posting or deposit issues • Communicate with payment teams to identify missing or unbalanced checks • Communicate with enrollment and payment teams to identify posting or deposit trends • Coordinate with internal departments regarding identified issues • Notify Client Service Managers of outstanding issues before month end

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in balancing large amounts of money • 1-2 years’ experience reconciling bank statements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of accounting principles • Knowledge of medical office operations helpful • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas • Attention to detail with basic math aptitude • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • E-Verify employment eligibility requirements
