📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of IT Security Engineers • Drive Customer Zero initiatives, deploying internal security platforms ahead of market release • Manage company-wide, cross-functional security projects • Establish, deploy, and continuously monitor enterprise-grade IT security standards • Contribute to Zero Trust design and implementation
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in IT security engineering or a related field • 2+ years of prior experience managing technical teams • Experience with Zero Trust solutions and technologies • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and cloud security challenges and solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • U.S. citizenship required due to customer compliance requirements.
