📋 Description

• Build a long-term strategy and systems roadmap supporting Quote-to-Order • Manage priorities and feature backlogs • Prioritize and groom sprint backlogs to capture user requirements • Provide application support and drive enhancements on the Salesforce CPQ platform • Align with go-to-market business leaders to understand growth strategies • Optimize processes through experimentation, prototyping, and feature development • Build, direct, mentor, and coach team members • Drive high performance, professional development, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Quote-to-Order processes, including NPI and CPQ operations • Ability to apply an architectural mindset when proposing solution designs • Proven ability to lead operational support, business-critical enhancements, process improvements, and author business requirements and solution designs • Success in managing product and sprint backlogs • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies • 3+ years managing direct reports, including analysts and QA engineers • Proven track record of establishing quality standards • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using Agile methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience working in a high growth SaaS or technology company • Hands-on experience executing CPQ implementations at scale • Highly motivated and self-driven approach to continuous operational improvement
