📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels • Review applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications against job requirements • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify the right candidates for each role • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruiting progress • Help improve recruiting processes and reduce time to hire

🎯 Requirements
