📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals • Set goals, provide coaching, and build a strong team culture • Own end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, the annual Company Kickoff, and annual President's Club • Set strategy and manage execution across a global tradeshow calendar of 12-14 shows per year • Ensure consistent brand presence, executive engagement, and pipeline impact • Own and manage a multi-million dollar events budget with Corporate Marketing and Finance • Plan, forecast, and report on budget performance • Partner with executive leadership to plan and stage high-visibility moments • Build cross-functional partnerships across Communications, Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, ProdEng, and Sales • Establish and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks • Manage vendor and agency relationships and negotiate contracts • Define and report event success metrics including attendance, pipeline/revenue influence, employee engagement, and budget performance • Represent the events function in cross-functional marketing leadership discussions • Provide forward-looking planning and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing • Proven track record of leading global tradeshow programs and flagship company events • 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team • Experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets • Experience with forecasting and cross-functional reporting with Finance • Ability to work effectively with senior executives in high-visibility, high-pressure environments • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders • Experience planning and executing large-scale user conferences, internal company events, and incentive/recognition trip programs is a strong plus • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills • Willingness to travel to the majority of Cribl's global events, approximately 40% travel • Calm, decisive leadership style • Ability to occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours across time zones
