📋 Description

• Review insurance policies and coverages • Investigate complex automobile claims, including impaired, unlisted operator, or non-drivable claims • Determine coverage and liability • Settle claims in accordance with organizational policies and practices • Collaborate with customers, service suppliers such as towing and repair shops, other insurance companies, and law enforcement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school education or equivalent • 3–5 years of customer service experience • Previous auto adjuster experience preferred • Knowledge of understanding and interpreting policies • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy • Enrolled in or willing to enroll in CIP designation • Fluency in other languages is a strong asset
